What is UMT

 

 

UMT - Unconscious Mind Therapy works with the RAS (reticular activating system) which is part of the brain that stores automatic thoughts, memories and emotional patterns. Unlike the conscious mind, which reasons and decides, the unconscious mind influences how we feel and react without us even realising it.
